At Qrrato, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our services.
All payments for Qrrato's QR Code Review System, setup, and physical standee deliveries are non-refundable once the order has been processed and production begins.
To request a refund, email us at support@qrrato.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and supporting photos or evidence if applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or contact us for further support.
